Nathan Irick, IES, LEED AP

Senior Designer

Nathan joined Ron Neal Lighting Design in 2010. As senior designer and project manager he has been involved with dozens of large scale hospitality projects. His acute attention to detail ensues the success of the most developed and detailed architectural lighting design solutions. Nathan is our in office lighting control and specification expert. Aside from a strong work ethic, he brings knowledge of a wide range of software packages from Adobe's Creative Suite, to modeling software as disparate as Sketchup, AutoCAD, Lumion, Revit and Rhinoceros. He also brings a high level of project coordination and discipline as required within the exacting constraints of current building and energy codes including many the hospitality brand standards.

 

Prior to joining the RNLD team, Nathan had worked with Milo Architecture Group and Sfeir Architects, two San Diego based health care architecture firms. Though he began to accumulate professional architectural experience in 2004 at Brissette Architects and eventually Design Profile, two Phoenix based firms specializing in mid to high-end residential projects.

 

Education
Nathan graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Design with a minor in Urban Planning from The School of Architecture at Arizona State University in 2005, and a Master of Architecture from the NewSchool of Architecture in 2010.
